This results in an all-inclusive wireless solution that demands minimal maintenance, ensures high precision, and promises continuous operation. The system primarily runs on EcoWell’s solar rechargeable battery, with a lithium battery ready to seamlessly take over as a backup power source under special conditions. Significant enhancements to the battery system and circuit board allow it to function effectively even in extreme cold (-67°F) and low sunlight scenarios. In addition, EcoWell has devised a superior signal communication range for its wireless load cell, thereby offering customers more extensive and wider operational coverage owing to the boosted signal transmitting power.
EcoWell's wireless loadcell integrates seamlessly with all major automation controllers. These wireless load cells not only provide various indicators to display important information about signal status and system conditions for easy on-site operation monitoring, but also have digital outputs for local backup battery warnings. Move over they are also equipped with RS ports for remote Modbus communication, further enhancing system monitoring and control capabilities.
EcoWell offers a wide range of products, including U-shaped (horseshoe-shaped) wireless load cells and wireless adapter kits, to cater to specific customer needs. The U-shaped wireless load cell is an integrated solution that is easy to install and replace, eliminating the need to remove the polished rod. The wireless adapter kit allows for the conversion of a traditional wired load cell into a wireless one.
