Position: Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to customers, both in-person and remotely.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales with company goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote EcoWell products.
  • Undertake project tasks and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of oilfield sales experience in the automation or technology industry.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Availability for regional travel, ranging from 50-60%.
  • Strong leadership, excellent teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ZOHO) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work remotely and autonomously, self-motivate.
  • Knowledge of production automation and electrical experience a plus.
  • Permian Basin sales experience a plus.
